Free Energy Healing Session (Upper East Side)

Hello! I am offering a free first time energy healing session of a modality called Transforming The Experienced Based Brain. It is a co-regulation based modality designed to increase one’s nervous system’s capacity to handle stress. It allows one’s nervous system to get out of fight or flight and back into rest and digest and it increases one’s own nervous system’s ability to self regulate.
